Conditions of participation of the ”Add-On Promotion FILKA + 2-Month Coffee Stock”
This promotion is valid for the Swedish market and for the following SEVERIN promotional appliances: KA 4850 and KA 4851. The promotion takes place from 15.10.2022 to 15.01.2023 (”Promotion Period”) at dealers in Sweden who sell the products listed above. To qualify for participation, the invoice date of the purchase receipt applies; for online orders, the order date confirmed by the dealer applies. With the purchase of a new promotional device, participating persons will receive a 2-month coffee supply (1kg) (hereinafter referred to as ”Add-On”) free of charge. Both when purchased through a participating dealer and through SEVERIN, registration is required to receive the Add-On. Cash payment is not possible under any circumstances. The promotional appliance must be registered on the landing page by providing the full name, a delivery address in Sweden, an e-mail address plus uploading the receipt (if a promotional appliance is purchased from a stationary retailer) or the order confirmation and invoice (if the promotional appliance is purchased from an online retailer), a photo of the nameplate attached to the promotional appliance (a photo of the nameplate attached to the box is not sufficient). This registration must take place no later than 15.02.2023 (cut-off date) – later registrations will not be considered and do not entitle to receive the add-on. Subsequent submission of the information required during registration is not possible. If all requirements for the granting of the add-on are met, the add-on will generally be sent within 70 working days after registration of the promotional device. Only private end customers over the age of 18 who have purchased a new promotional device from a retailer in Germany during the campaign period are eligible to participate. Wholesalers and retailers are not eligible. Private sales/purchases as well as sales/purchases via online auctions (e.g. eBay) and sales/purchases of used devices are also excluded. Purchases via a marketplace (e.g. eBay) are also excluded. The promotion is only valid for in-stock or immediately available promotional devices. All claims will be forfeited if the equipment is returned. Each household can only participate in the promotion for private use and with a maximum of two promotional devices. Participation in the promotion is only possible once per promotional device. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers, subsidies, bonuses or discount campaigns. SEVERIN is entitled to exclude participants from the promotion who violate or fail to comply with these conditions of participation; provide false, misleading or fraudulent information; use unfair means and/or participate or attempt to participate in the promotion more often than permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, SEVERIN is entitled to demand the return of the Add-On – even retrospectively. Participants who register incomplete information and/or send in incomplete receipts will be notified by e-mail and asked to provide the missing information or complete receipts within seven days. If a customer does not comply with this request within seven days or sends incomplete receipts again, the granting of the allowance will be definitively denied. The complete registration must be made within the exclusion period. SEVERIN reserves the right to request original proofs of purchase and to inspect these, to check all registrations and entries for compliance with these conditions of participation and, if necessary, to request missing proofs. SEVERIN shall be entitled to terminate the promotion prematurely or to amend the conditions of participation. This shall apply in particular in cases of force majeure and in the event that proper implementation of the promotion cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons or if the stock or budget has been exhausted. SEVERIN reserves the right to extend the promotion, in particular in the event that promotion contents (such as promotion models or free gifts) are changed. In the event of a change, the customer shall be informed of this immediately; the customer shall be granted a reasonable period within which to object to the new conditions of participation. The amended conditions of participation shall be deemed to have been approved if the customer does not object within the deadline. The customer may not refuse his consent without giving substantial reasons. The customer is entitled to withdraw from participation in the promotion at any time by sending an e-mail to service@severin.de and thus waive receipt of the add-on. By receiving the add-on or registering the promotional device, the customer agrees to these conditions of participation. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The organizer of the promotion is SEVERIN Elektrogeräte GmbH, Röhre 27, 59846 Sundern.
